    Who We Are Looking For:

    At ANM, a Customer Service Rep in our Sales Administration Team is a customer-facing representative that has strong relationship-building skills, has an administrative background, and is eager to learn IT Sales. He/she is responsible to provide quality support by performing a variety of core functions as described below.

    What will you be doing as a Customer Service Rep:

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist AM & Customers on day-to-day operations
      • Creation of new Opportunities in Salesforce
        • Create configurations (based on a standardized product set)
        • Quoting
        • Coordinate with SA Team for estimates
        • Validate quotes to customer-specific requirements
        • Sends quote to AM and/or client directly
      • Order processing - works with the procurement team to ensure everything is needed in order to get orders processed smoothly in our system.
    • Post-Order Support - works with other ANM teams
      • Lead times and expedites (must pull from disty not SFDC)
      • Tracking - Ship status for all open orders
      • Shipping info (number of pallets, truck with lift gate, etc.)
      • RMA coordination
      • Follow up on accounting questions/requests/corrections from customers
    • Registers all deals for special pricing and ensures all extra incentives and rebates get applied.
    • Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
    • Search/validation of pricing - a compilation of Contract pages for purchasing departments.
    • Procurement Contract / ESS updating – especially based on tariff price changes.
    • Interface with current distributors and manufacturers to stay current with all special programs, pricing, and technology to obtain the best price for ANM.
    • Works with the account managers as part of a team to develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
    • Review, analyze, and strategize proposals and government contracts as needed.
    • Work on special projects as needed.
    • Supports the Sales Department with administrative responsibilities.
    • Assists in converting customer leads to sales opportunities.
    • Has the technical knowledge to assist in creating and validating configurations.
    • Interfaces with customers to define needs and provide solutions as well as ensure a smooth sales process for the customer and the business.

    Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:

    • Experience in Information Technology (IT}, IT services, and products
    • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
    • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
    • Solid skill in preparing written communications and materials
    • Good verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
    • Demonstrate proven leadership skills and time management experience.
    • The high degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.


    Travel:

    Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and motor vehicle insurance.
