Network Service Manager manages a team of Network Service Representatives who are responsible for identifying and resolving telecommunications service or billing issues or inquiries. Develops and implements service plans to ensure customer satisfaction. Being a Network Service Manager monitors service problems and reports network failures. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Network Service Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Network Service Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Service Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Description
Our telecommunications construction company is growing and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the planning and development of policies and goals that cover Support Services and providing support to the President in all areas of staffing and personnel.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand and become knowledgeable in the day-to-day management of business operations
- Work with other key managers in the planning and development of business practices
- Provide leadership, coaching, feedback and management for assigned staff
- Increase effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements in policies, procedures and processes
- Provide support to the President
- All other duties as assigned
This is a full-time permanent position with the following benefits:

Requirements
Operations Manager candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management or a related field. Will consider a combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
