Job Summary: Supervise Employees in the plant production operation
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Manage hours and work performed to ensure product is properly processed on at timely basis. Address Attendance and performance deficiencies as needed for safe clean and productive department. Enforce company policies and meet OSHA and JCAHC guidelines. Manage department costs to keep in line with budgeted. Maintain production, attendance, work schedules and reports or forms to manage all of the accounts and work being processed.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma and Basic computer skills
Essential Functions: .
Ability to work with people through good communication skills and problem solving skills.
Essential Physical Functions:
Ability to perform the jobs in the department assigned in training capacity, sitting, standing and lifting about 50 lbs.
Equipment Used:
Ability to use all the equipment in the department assigned as well as computer.
