The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. This position will report to the Senior Director, Network Success.
We are seeking a multifaceted, results driven leader to drive growth and lead conversion success across a network of brokers and agents within the Anywhere Leads Network. As a key contributor in our organization, this leader will be responsible for making data driven-decisions, broker performance, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the growth of our partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Director of Network Success to develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's vision and objectives.
Maintain a transparent and positive relationship with ALN’s Broker and Relocation Directors.
Meet or exceed closing budgets for Relocation, Partner Program, and Broker to Broker business lines.
Contribute to developing and implementing servicing and coaching strategies that consider broker performance to elevate network performance.
Proactively ensure sufficient geographical coverage with impactful brokers and agents to serve the business effectively.
Host regularly scheduled meetings with network brokers to review performance data.
Partner closely with Brokers and Relocation Directors to review certified agent team performance data and make recommendations to positively impact service and conversion.
Applying reporting and analytics tools to hold brokers accountable by pro-actively addressing issues that impact brokers in-good standing status in the network.
Drive awareness of all lead programs through ongoing communications, coaching, and education
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining impactful brokers within the Anywhere Leads Network.
Work closely with Senior Director, Network Success to make recommendations for suspending and/or terminating a Broker from the Network due to poor performance, lack of sufficient coverage, incomplete certifications, non-renewal/payment, brand disaffiliation, ethical issues, and/or other qualifying reasons.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in real estate leadership role.
Current real estate license required or willingness to acquire within first 6 months of employment.
Experience in a role requiring management of multiple projects with competing demands.
Demonstrated leadership with effective management of geographically distributed workforce.
Experience in excelling in a highly data-driven environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on the effective use of virtual channels with the capability to virtually drive program initiatives and conversion success remotely.
Excellent platform and classroom-style public speaking experience are required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and problem-solving skills.
Strong capability to present concepts, data analysis, and project plans and implement them accordingly.
Ability to succeed under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WebEx, and proprietary Anywhere systems or similar tools.
Experience with lead conversion coaching preferred.
Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
