Network Service Director directs the operations of the service delivery department for a telecommunications network. Ensures client service is prompt and accurate. Being a Network Service Director is responsible for the design of strategic service plans and promotion of the organization's products or services. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Network Service Director typically reports to a top management. The Network Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Network Service Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     St. Lukes Pediatric Service Line is growing and we are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dependable individual to oversee a vibrant and growing neonatology program. In addition to weekly clinical hours, you will be responsible for leadership and administrative duties.

    St. Lukes Anderson Campus (Opened January 2020) - Easton, PA 

    • Level III unit 
    • 26 beds 
    • 2,500 deliveries 
    • Neonatologists and APPs in-house 24/7 

    St. Lukes Allentown Campus (Growing in 2024) - Allentown, PA 

    • Level II unit > level IIIa in 2024 
    • 6 beds > 16 beds 
    • 1,400 deliveries 
    • Neonatologists in-house 24/7 

    St. Lukes University Hospital - Bethlehem (Opened for Surgery 2020) - Bethlehem, PA 

    • Neonatal surgical NICU 

    St. Lukes Upper Bucks Campus (Opened in August 2021) - Quakertown, PA 

    • Level II unit

    • 500 deliveries
    • Neonatologists in-house 24/7

    • The Department of Pediatrics consists of inpatient, primary care, and specialty care providers across a variety of practice location.

    • The department is supported by a growing team of pediatric specialists spanning over 30 specialty areas such as: pediatric surgery, pulmonology, neurology, nephrology, cardiology, radiology, anesthesia, and more!
