Network Service Director directs the operations of the service delivery department for a telecommunications network. Ensures client service is prompt and accurate. Being a Network Service Director is responsible for the design of strategic service plans and promotion of the organization's products or services.     The mission of Homeless Children’s Network is to decrease the trauma of homelessness and domestic violence for children, youth, and families; to empower families; and to increase the effectiveness of collaborative efforts among service providers to end homelessness and poverty.


    HCN works to decrease the impact of trauma and to empower families. Our comprehensive clinical services enable us to work closely with each family to understand their needs and to connect them to resources here or through other providers. We form a trusted relationship and follow our clients over time, providing security and stability that allows them to become more stable and confident, raise healthy and emotionally independent children, and develop skills and training that will help lift them out of the cycle of homelessness. Annually we serve more than 2,400 unduplicated individuals who are homeless, formerly homeless, or at risk for homelessness.


    About the role:

    Onsite/Non Remote - San Francisco, CA $130-140k annually


    This position is responsible for overseeing and developing the Clinical department including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling. Develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth. Provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. This position provides both clinical and personnel supervision to the clinical staff. Must have the ability to solve problems and have good decision making and critical thinking skills.


    Job Qualifications:

    · Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

    · Five years of progressively responsible non- profit program management experience and staff supervision.

    · Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenue for clinical services

    · Experience with Medi-Cal, and other types of client billing

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software (AVATAR)

    · Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices

    · Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families

    · Ability to work flexible hours

    · Program development evaluation, solid organizational skills

    · Strong written and oral communication skills

    · Commitment to maintain confidentiality

    · Good inter-personal skills, ability to relate well with persons from a variety of cultural groups

    · Carry out other duties as assigned by the Executive Director


    Duties:

    • Lead, develop, participate in and contribute to strategic direction of clinical programs
    • Serve as a clinical strategy liaison to the greater Bay Area mental health community
    • Maintain clinical excellence throughout all programs
    • Participate in and contribute to senior leadership conversations and working relationship
    • Supervise all clinical aspects of program directors' roles
