We are seeking a Sr. Network Analyst for our Golden Valley, MN location.
Join a world class Global Networking team. You will be responsible for designing, building, operating and decommissioning the telecommunications infrastructure across the sites throughout the different regions in Quantinuum. You will serve as the SME for Networking (Voice/Telephony or LAN, or WAN, and WLAN services. You will deploy HUE-oriented cost-effective solutions based on customer needs. You will lead a small team of technical professional who supports IT Operations globally. You will support the day-to-day operations of legacy and contemporary Voice/LAN/WAN solutions, including SIP technologies, E911, PBX, Skype for business, SBAs, dynamic segmentation, Qos, etc.).

· Support IT solution roadmaps to improve access, capacity and visibility of network and desktop resources
· Update and maintain IT systems and services across multiple sites
· Follow local IT priorities aligned to Corporate policies, procedures, and standards
· Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction by providing industry-leading IT infrastructure support
· Support compliance/cyber safety, including management of segmented networks and specialized IT Assets
· Develop, implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
· Deploy and manage network and cybersecurity monitoring tools
· Support service delivery and customer assistance for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals within the organization’s scope of responsibility
· Provide input to manage expenses and the IT Annual Operating Plan within the Security & Technology Services organization
· Manage asset inventory and ensure detailed documentation, including network diagrams are up to date
· Mentor other IT professionals in the delivery of IT Infrastructure projects
· Support SBU IT Applications Teams and Corporate IT Teams to ensure alignment across the organization
