The Senior Business Analysts will assist OSEC's project management team on a large-scale applications development project. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a senior level Business Analyst with change management experience. PROSCI Certification Highly preferred Technical Skills: Seeking motivated Senior Business Analysts to support large-scale multi-phased system implementation efforts for a large Federal agency. The Senior Business Analysts will primarily be leading change management, communications, and training efforts related to a major enterprise modernization effort. The candidates must be able to effectively plan projects as well as coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and communicate changes and new features. The general skill sets required are: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * An analytical mind with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Self-starter able to work independently and within a team. * Effective project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with gathering and documenting user requirements. * Experience with leading/managing projects in accordance with the Scrum/Agile methodology. * Experience with Visio and Microsoft Project a plus. * Ability to write test scripts/plans for web applications when needed. * Ability to perform test script execution and quality assurance testing when needed. * Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements. Change Management: * Author and coordinate change management/communications artifacts and related activities. * Lead the effort to develop, document and drive the activities around creating and managing the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and user guides associated with business systems. * Support the development and delivery of training materials to a large and diverse user community in a virtual and hybrid environment. * Provide facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. * Able to identify stakeholders and their respective needs to support communication and training efforts. * Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. * Prosci certification preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
