Network Security System Analyst, Sr. ensures the security of an organization's networks and systems. Performs network security assessments and risk analysis, and makes recommendations to improve network security. Being a Network Security System Analyst, Sr. investigates security incidents and breaches. Recommends and deploys appropriate security products and solutions for various network platforms. Additionally, Network Security System Analyst, Sr. configures and maintains firewalls and other network security tools and software. May conduct security trainings with employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Network Security System Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Stamford Health is looking for a Desktop & Network Analyst
This is a Fulltime position. (37.5 hours a week)
The Desktop & Network Support Analyst is responsible for the operation and support of computer, network and telecommunication infrastructure within the organizations physician practices. Desktop level duties include management and coordination of Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs), Help Desk break/fix issue resolution and problem response for the following technologies: desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs, mobile devices, printers, network infrastructure equipment and phones. Back Office level duties include support within practices of the network operating system (NOS), directory services, DHCP & WINS service, server hardware, print services, file management services, backup & restoration services, messaging services and virus protection services. Network level duties include support within practices of the local and wide area data network infrastructure, maintenance of the cable plant, network routing and switching equipment. The Desktop & Network Support Analyst will coordinate with the hospitals infrastructure team as well as the SHIP team to provide these information services.
