How You Will Achieve It
Reporting to the CSA Sr. Manager, the Quality Business Planning Manager will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing CSA projects and serves as liaison between project engineers, project team, and other impacted departments. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. This role will interact with a team of Computer System Assurance (CSA) validation technical experts, engineers, and management daily to assure project timelines, resourcing, and project deliverables for validation projects involving manufacturing, lab equipment, computer systems, spreadsheets, and other computer system/automation processes.
