Your Opportunity
The Planning Manager assists the Stantec GS Director, National Client Programs (DNCLP) in coordinating business development efforts across Client Working Groups and Practice Areas. The Planning Manager will assist with development of periodic reporting on business development activities and account planning and support the positioning, pursuit, development, and submission of proposals to the US Department of Defense and other US federal agencies.
Responsibilities include workload planning and prioritization of marketing and business development support personnel in conducting research and intelligence gathering for potential pursuits; development of strategy for proposals and interviews; as well as writing and producing statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations. The optimal candidate will have superior writing capabilities, a strong design sensibility, excellent management and organizational skills, and the ability to structure complex information and content into effective storytelling, regardless of the medium.
The position requires team collaboration, hands on attention to details, creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high quality work products in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
