Salaries can range from $60,000 and are commensurate with the position being offered and the individual experience of the employee.

Duties include but are not limited to: Proactively respond to staff requests, inquiries, and suggestions in a timely fashion, including running errands outside of the office. Scan plans, fabrics, samples, photos, etc., for architecture and interiors projects. Answering incoming phone calls, assisting with applications and renewals of professional memberships, licensing, and certifications, business travel coordination– scheduling, booking, adjustments, and cancellations – hotel, car, flights, etc. Assist all team members with projects as requested — specific assistance and tasks required for all-staff functions – meetings, retreats, events, etc. Assist with financial operations. Responsible for depositing checks and maintaining deposit records. Responsible for managing all aspects of the petty cash. Coding and approval of general office invoices and expenses, Various accounting duties as assigned, management of all office equipment and supplies, including copiers, printers, fax machines, coffee pots, etc. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient document management.
