The Manager, SIOP and Planning is responsible to lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the Van Trailer Value Stream. They will work closely with the leaders of the Van Trailer Value Stream to develop plans to meet business and financial objectives. They will also lead the advancement of the ERP, Planning and Scheduling processes at Wabash by identifying best practices. They will be responsible to develop, and implement ERP, Production Planning and Scheduling standards and training across the Enterprise to reduce schedule volatility and improve production performance, as well as continuously improve these processes.
