We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team in the Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in operations management, analytics, and process improvement. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and optimization of operational workflows.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for management.
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to operations management, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools/software is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
