Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Assist Network Support Administrators and Helpdesk Support Administrator on end user support.
Install Operating System, Hardware and Software on PCs and Laptops. Assist in desktop builds, moves, and setups.
