Operations Associate

Network Consulting Services, inc. (NCSi) is a reseller and integrator in the IT Operations and Security market sectors. Since 2002, NCSi has been helping medium to large organizations acquire, implement, and maintain internal business workflow automation, security, and enterprise service management systems. We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our growing team and play a vital role in our success.

In this role, you will be the foundation for our client interactions and internal operations. You will wear many hats, from managing project organization to providing administrative support, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Operations Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Attending demos and other meetings to take notes and create follow-up tasks.
• Support executives by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting and initiating communications, documenting action items, collecting and analyzing information, and preparing reports.
• Maintain executive’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Welcome guests and customers for in-person and/or remote meetings and answering or directing inquiries.
• Represent the executive in their absence.
• Interfaces with vendors and NCSi Operations team to provide follow-up information to clients, including documentation, quotes, or other information as required.
• Provides a historical reference to opportunities by entering information into Salesforce.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is a full-time position with full medical, dental, and vision benefits. NCSi also offers a Safe Harbor 401k plan. The position will be on-site at the NCSI Headquarters in Bountiful, Utah for 6 months during the onboarding and training phase. After that, it is anticipated that the position will be approximately 50% remote.

Operations Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Scheduling and Reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Multiple calendar management.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Travel coordination

Education/Experience:

• Experience in an administrative or operations role a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
