Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Director of Operations to join our team at Yellowstone National Park located in West Yellowstone, Montana. As Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of multi-store retail, grocery, and food and beverage operations. This includes assisting the general manager with oversight of eleven store retail operations within the park which includes eight food and beverage outlets. In this operations director role, you will manage and collaborate with multiple managers, control store operations, and labor costs, develop financial objectives, and share accountability with the general manager for the budget and profitability of departments.     Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.     Responsibilities 

    • Direct the Warehouse Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and seasonal Grocery Operations Manager, supporting managers in compliance with operational policies.
    • Maintain staffing to business volume, train, schedule, and coach team members to adhere to company standards and procedures.
    • Build and maintain positive customer and client relations and assist the general manager in responding to client requests and contract deliverables.
    • Maintain and support existing programs and develop new concepts that ensure the highest quality for store operations.
    • Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans, policies, and budgets.
    • Ability to drive a company vehicle on a regular basis.

    Qualifications 

    • Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in a combination of retail and F&B roles required.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities and meet established guidelines.
    • Multi location experience preferred.
    • Inventory experience required, NetSuite experience preferred.
    • MS Office experience required.
    • Excellent skills in fiscal management, budgeting, and guest service.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Experience training and developing teams and coaching and mentoring a diverse workforce, including seasonal team members.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
