Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. And what will you do?
The Director of Operations is responsible to work with and across all areas of the company to improve safety, quality, 5S, and customer service by eliminating waste, improving our equipment reliability and up time, driving continuous improvement (CI), creating, and implementing standards and sharing best practices across all sites. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the Quality (co-managed by the Purchasing Director), Planning, and Process Engineering teams.
