We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's operations. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and business development skills.
Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Operations Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring productivity and efficiency and all that all members of the team have what they need to succeed.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Lead, motivate and support an organizational culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
