Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Description:
    The Director of People Operations will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing various process and policy initiatives to standardize the employee experience throughout our organization. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Director will oversee the administration of programs including but not limited to, employee onboarding/offboarding, total rewards, payroll administration, performance management, and internal processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends using the human resource information system (HRIS) to design and implement relevant programs, policies, and protocols that support business growth.
    • Lead the design and application of the Total Rewards program, including benefits strategy, salary planning, consultation around salary actions, promotion process, and job releveling.
    • Oversee the Payroll team, including Managed Service (Payroll) Provider, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
    • Maximize the utilization of the HRIS and case management system in partnership with the HRIS Director; track and apply relevant organizational/human resources metrics; contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.
    • Develop comprehensive onboarding and offboarding programs and protocols to enhance the employee experience and streamline processes.
    • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to manage EEO, Unemployment, Wage Hour, Workers Compensation, OSHA, ADA, Immigration, and Naturalization requests.
    • Collaborate with the Compliance Team and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Seven (7) years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and statutes governing hiring, compensation and benefits, and general employment in a multistate company (e.g., California, Colorado, Washington).
    • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business issues and develop HR initiatives/actions based on data and analytics to support business strategies.
    • Strong functional Human Resources knowledge and commitment to staying current in emerging talent practices and developments.
    • Experience in compensation and benefits program design.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
    • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
    • Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight] pounds.
