Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The individual will work closely with our senior leadership to identify priority projects and develop strategies to implement them successfully.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Compliance Management: Ensuring that the RIA complies with industry regulations and guidelines, and staying updated on any changes in compliance requirements.

    Workflow Optimization: Streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, from client onboarding to portfolio management.

    Technology Integration: Overseeing the implementation and integration of technology solutions that support operational functions, such as portfolio management systems and client relationship management (CRM) tools.

    Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks to safeguard the firm's assets and ensure continuity of operations.

    Client Servicing Support: Collaborating with client service teams to ensure a smooth client experience, addressing operational issues, and managing client communication related to operations.

    Vendor Management: Managing relationships with third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with established standards.

    Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analyzing operational reports to provide insights into the firm's performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Team Leadership: Leading the operations team, providing guidance and support to team members.

    Budgeting and Expense Management: Overseeing the budgeting process for operational expenses and managing costs within established financial parameters.

    Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to contribute to the development and execution of the firm's strategic goals and initiatives.

    Bookkeeping: Proficient in Intuit Quickbooks – setting up expense categories, recording entries for multiple checking accounts. Running normal monthly accounting reports.

    Relationship Management: Support the implementation of automated journeys, creating the ultimate client experience to cultivate relationships and enhance communications.

    Budgeting: Recommend improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations.

    Access and Security: Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.

    Payroll: Proficient in QB Payroll -managing and running payroll and payroll taxes within the QB system.

    Commissions Accounting: Proficient in Excel, able to pull PDF statements from vendor websites, create reports, and pay compensation to appropriate parties.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    ● Experience and education in working in financial services operations

    ● Bachelor's degree required

    ● At least two years of related experience is preferred.

    ● Working knowledge of financial transactions

    ● Understanding of accounting principals

    ● Strong project management and organizational skills

    ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
