Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Works closely with the Network Department Chair/Health Care Service (HCS) leader to support fiscally responsible and high quality operations. Provides UVMHN Medical Group administrative support for the HCS physician leader and physicians across the UVM Health Network. Collaborates with Medical Group Directors and other administrative leaders for matters relating to UVMHN Medical Group (UVMHNMG). Manages professional contracts, salaries and other services for the physicians. Responsible for the preparation and management of professional and Larner College of Medicine (LCOM) finances and budgets, including external contracts for Hospital Medicine services, as well as oversight and administrative support for research, grants and education.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field required. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration or a related area.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a health care financial management setting, preferably in an academic physician practice.
