Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organisation's business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to provide HR services that support staffing, organisational development, compensation, employee relations and talent management.
You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and provide guidance on how to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for the organization. Working in a matrixed shared-service environment, this role partners with cross-functional teams to broker core HR services.
To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of HR best practices and trends, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should be able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The Human Resources Director demonstrates confidence and composure in dealing with all levels of an organization and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with minimal supervision. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of generating results.
