Network Engineering Director plans, designs, and develops all aspects of network systems that will meet an organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identifies network requirements for hardware, software, and services that will provide optimal solutions and meet the capacity requirement for the organization. Being a Network Engineering Director directs network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Develops monitoring, maintenance, expansion, contingency, and recovery plans and strategies to ensure the network is responsive to changes in demand. Additionally, Network Engineering Director keeps abreast with the latest technologies and best practices and utilizes vendors and providers to provide additional resources to support networks. Usually is certified and has deep knowledge of vendor-specific products. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Network Engineering Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Engineering Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Safety Director position for Design/Build general contractor in Industrial and Commercial construction. The Safety Director at Titan Construction & Engineering Services is a position meant only for those wanting to make a “career” of their work. This position, tailored for the safety professional, offers a mix of classroom, field training and overall safety program oversight. We adhere to OSHA 1926 construction safety standards, which requires employers to have accident prevention programs that provide for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites.     Responsibilities:

    • Generate weekly jobsite inspections of all active construction projects, including reports.
    • Provide interface to all subcontractors on jobsites, providing support for questions and inspection of their compliance with OSHA construction standards.
    • Review jobsite safety signage and postings for compliance.
    • Provide inspections on all personnel for PPE violations to the company policy.
    • Provide new employee safety orientation upon hiring.
    • Provide testing and certification for field employee equipment operation.
    • Provide safety training on a monthly basis for office and field personnel.
    • Provide support for client qualification, and re-qualification as directed.
    • Act as safety representative to the client and their safety representatives.
    • Keep OSHA 300 Log and post accordingly.
    • Provide accident investigation reports for all incidents involving TCES personnel or subcontractor
