Assists in the management of network/server services to ensure an effective network/server, such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Active Directory, back-ups, configuration, customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), disaster recovery, Domain Name System (DNS), email, inventory, IP addressing, logical architecture, network traffic monitoring/shaping, non-technical [end user] training, performance statistics, physical architecture, quality control, remote access, security, service, service architecture, service records, technical training, and vendor SLAs.

relating to network/server services) to maintain current technical knowledge within the department.
