Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The system provides acute care services including cardiac, pediatric, women’s, emergency, surgical and behavioral healthcare.

    Position Summary:

    The Practice Supervisor - NWPG Canyon is responsible for supervision and coordination of a broad spectrum of day to day clinic operations, provides supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

    • Practices effective cost control measures through economic utilization of staff, materials and equipment.
    • Implements and maintain office policies and procedures. Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards.
    • Oversees supply inventory, ordering, and maintaining PAR levels that demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
    • Promotes practice related metrics by supervising and communicating team performance utilizing reports that illustrate patient satisfaction, quality dashboards, revenue cycle reports, productivity dashboards, P&Ls, and other available tools.
    • Composes practice schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels to carry out efficient day to day operations.
    • Effectively communicates new or updated initiatives and provides applicable work flow strategy

    Qualifications:
    Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable):
    • Associate Degree with two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
    • In lieu of degree, 3-5 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisor capacity
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems, medical and billing terminology, healthcare or hospital office settings, service excellence, revenue cycle operations and recruiting, training, leading and performance management of staff.
    • Multitasking, decision making, process improvement, project management, interpersonal, communication, leadership, computer proficiency, excellent customer service and business savvy. Medical front/back office proficiency.
