Network Control Center Manager jobs in Spokane, WA
Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Manager develops capacity planning forecasts and strategies. Manages relations with vendors and service providers and monitors performance quality to ensure required service levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Control Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Description
The position we are filling is going to be for a new branch. This means you will be able to help get the branch going from the start. The service manager is responsible for everything in their service area. This includes but is not limited to
- Customer retention
- Hiring/firing of technicians
- Daily routing for your technicians
- Ride alongs with your technicians and ongoing training
- Occasionally picking up stops or running a route
- Product management
- Forecasting and growth of your branch
- Upholding Policies and Procedures of the company
- Understanding rules and laws of pesticides and performing safety trainings on product and PPE for pesticides
- Scheduling truck maintenance
- Verifying employee hours

Schedule
- In the office Monday through Friday and available for calls and texts when needed. Saturday call outs when needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 1 Years of Pest Control Experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Motor Vehicle Record check
- Current Commercial Operator License
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Self-driven and honest
- Experience with a CRM program
- Computer literate
