Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Manager develops capacity planning forecasts and strategies. Manages relations with vendors and service providers and monitors performance quality to ensure required service levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Control Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     THE POSITION

    As District Manager, you will lead multiple Event Network store partnerships within a specific business unit team, responsible for building and retaining a high performing and diverse workforce of Store Directors and Assistant Store Directors while contributing to the Company’s talent planning. You will also be responsible for building, inspiring, and leading the Company’s vision and strategy to the store team and partner’s management team in a manner consistent with our Core Values. As Senior Director Store Quality, you will also lead the store teams to meet net income goals, sales goals, per caps and all operating and people objectives through operational excellence, coaching and accountability. In addition, in partnership with the Store Director, you will be responsible for overall guest service and merchandise presentation in your respective area. You will be the main point of contact for your respective partnerships and build a web of relationships throughout the partner staff at all stores in your business unit. The Senior Director Store Quality is part of the Store Quality Team, serving as an advocate for our stores and partners and acts as an ambassador within the Company and the external marketplace.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Store Quality VP to develop strategic business plans for each business in the in the area to maximize per capita sales, revenues and profitability; and consistently strive to exceed the expectations of our partners.
    • Develop and maintain a strong alliance with all partners with the goal to maintain long term relationships and renew partnership agreements.
    • Present Quarterly Business Reviews to our Partners and ensure that all necessary follow-up is executed in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with Event Network team members that align and support the execution of strategic business plans.
    • Support future growth of Event Network by building and maintaining a strong bench of retail talent. Work with People Services and Operations to implement training and development programs for store teams.
    • Responsible for ensuring Store Directors maintain stores at the highest standards and all policies, procedures and governance are followed.
    • Collaborate with Director Store Operations to identify trends, resolve issues and meet Company operational goals.
    • Uphold and evaluate the execution of established best practices and communicate feedback to the Store Quality VP and Store Quality Team.
    • Communicate clear expectations and hold self, Store Directors, Store Teams accountable to all Event Network standards of performance and behavior.
    • Responsible for the vertical/business units’ commitment and execution of Event Network service standards.
    • Work with visual team to provide visual presentation direction and training to all Team Members to support “Selling More”.

    Travel Requirements:

    The Senior Director Store Quality will be required to travel as needed to meet the needs of the business.
