SUMMARY:
Medical Practice Manager needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pain Control Center with two physicians and 2 mid-levels. The Manager ensures the delivery of care through implementation of administrative systems and policies. Promote the organization's mission and vision holding all staff accountable to a patient centered culture and a team-oriented staff. The Practice Manager ensures all Business Office operations are functioning accurately and timely for proper generation of reports and cash flow. This individual manages the credentialing and re-credentialing of payers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, business management or other related area preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience overseeing operations in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of physician practice management methods and Epic experience preferred.

• Knowledge of physician billing, insurances, and patient scheduling.

• Ensure project goals and KPIs are met.

• Oversees the AP using Quickbooks and works with accountants on monthly reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong management skills with experience managing/motivating teams to high performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate to all members within the organization, excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on the patient experience.

• Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure they align with company values.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and objectives.

• Ability to analyze problems, follow through on solutions, and maintain quality control standards; ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.

• Knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.

• Excellent time management skills, ability to work well under pressure and ability to effectively adapt to changes within the work environment.
