Promote the organization's mission and vision holding all staff accountable to a patient centered culture and a team-oriented staff. The Practice Manager ensures all Business Office operations are functioning accurately and timely for proper generation of reports and cash flow. This individual manages the credentialing and re-credentialing of payers.
