Strata Networks is seeking a temporary Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician. This position is temporary with an opportunity for full-time status in the future.
Wage: $16-$19 hourly
The NOC Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues affecting business and residential customers and the availability and quality of the network. This individual must be able to employ investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify, isolate, and resolve routine to very complex system and network issues.
Employees are expected to achieve individual, and team goals and have a positive approach in interactions with customers and team members. Must be able to communicate with technical staff to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and have very strong technical, communication, and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
