Pain Control Center of New Jersey has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist/Admin to join our team! This will be a part-time position to start, but with both of our locations growing, we hope to transition to full-time in the future. If you have great customer service skills and want to contribute to a caring, patient-friendly environment, we want you!
This position is a vital point of contact for patients entering Pain Control Center of New Jersey. This position greets patients as they enter the clinic, checks them in for their appointments, schedules appointments, collects co-pays and directs patients to their appropriate care area within the clinic.
Additional accountabilities include:
1. Customer Service Care for each person as he/she would like to be cared for by:
2. Check-in and Co-pay Administration
3. Computerized Appointment Scheduling for appointments
4. Registration and Verification
5. Facilitate timely and accurate flow of communication within the clinic
