Hi, we’re Kapture Pest Control. We’re a young and rapidly growing pest control business in North Jersey.
You’ve probably seen our trucks out on the street. Maybe you’ve even used our services yourself. And while the first thing that might come to mind when you think of Kapture Pest Control is bugs, we’re so much more than that.
We're looking to add a self-motivated Service Manager to our team.
The Service Manager plays a key leadership role, leading the service technicians to provide outstanding pest, mosquito, and termite services to our valued customers.
Every day our service technicians are out taking care of our clients in local neighborhoods. The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that each technician is functioning effectively, operating efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are successfully completed
• Ensuring industry compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Responding to our customer concerns
• Inspecting and evaluating the performance of our technicians
• Facilitating continual training of our team
• Monitoring and maintaining fleet maintenance
You'll be responsible for managing every step of how a service technician is trained and conducts themselves while in the field and ensuring they are upholding the high standards of service we've established at Kapture.
At the end of the day, you’ll feel the satisfaction of helping our teams and customers. Plus, you’ll receive a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses while you’re in the field, get great benefits and be part of an incredible, supportive team who is committed to your success.
Want to be part of a locally owned company that’s poised for exponential growth across our region? Interested in challenging yourself to grow personally and professionally every day? Excited by the prospect of managing a team?
We’d love to talk with you about joining the Kapture team.
