Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Manager develops capacity planning forecasts and strategies. Manages relations with vendors and service providers and monitors performance quality to ensure required service levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Control Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. This operations manager role also involves providing office and call center support, optimizing routing efficiency, and offering crucial assistance during peak seasons and hours. We seek a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a dedication to continuous improvement across all operational functions.

    Work Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Seasonally (May-September) there may be longer days and weekends. An evening sweep of alerts and messages may be required. Emergencies may also take place on weekends and evenings.

    Tasks:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
    • We also require candidates to have at least one year of management experience. This is the primary requirement for the position.

    Job Location: Mobridge, SD (Home Base) with Regular Travel to Aberdeen, SD; Huron, SD; and Sheridan, WY

Additionally, diligent research and prospecting efforts are required to consistently discover opportunities for expanding our customer base. This entails promoting our pest control services and crafting enticing special promotions or incentives to attract new customers while also extending additional services to our existing clients.

    5. Adherence to Company Policies: Another critical role is overseeing the development and maintenance of company policies, procedures, and protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring that a protocol is created for any task repeated more than twice, whether by yourself or a team member. Additionally, you must strictly adhere to company policies as outlined in various resources such as the Handbook, Protocol Book, Online Processes, and Procedures. Your duties will also involve delivering work punctually while upholding high-quality standards, effectively managing your time and tasks, actively pursuing continuous learning and personal growth, consistently demonstrating follow-through, and meeting expectations with timeliness and quality.
