Job Summary:
The Buffalo Senior Center is seeking applications for a part-time Maintenance Director. This position will be responsible for the general maintenance of the Buffalo Senior Center facility. He or she will have the following duties: Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: H.V.A.C., fire suppression equipment, generator, landscape, and kitchen equipment. This person must also be able to perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting and equipment repair. This person should also have a good rapport within the community and with elders.
