The role of the Center Manager is to efficiently manage the daily operations of a K-12 Learning Center, grow sales and new business, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure our academic programs consistently deliver exceptional results for our students.
Center Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-8:30pm; Friday 9:30am-7pm; Saturdays 9am-3pm.

As Center Director, your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring that each student achieves strong academic growth and has an exceptional experience at Huntington.
- Driving and overseeing all sales growth; fostering new relationships to increase enrollments.
- Providing outstanding customer service that leads to high retention rates and referrals.
- Marketing Huntington services to schools and your surrounding community.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with teachers, school administrators, parent/teacher organizations and other community outlets.
- Owning center operations, performance, and profitability.
- Leading, developing and motivating center staff through daily and weekly meetings.
- Creating a welcoming and supportive culture with high staff morale.
For success, you should have the following:
- 4 year degree from an accredited university.
- 5 years management and direct service sales experience required.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience managing and growing customer relationships.
- Enthusiasm and empathy for helping children achieve their academic goals.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and initiative.
- Focus on team building and growing a customer service mindset.
