Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Office Administrator position in our growing phyiscal therapy billing office. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Review patient account credits for accuracy and process monthly refunds
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Additional office tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Entry level bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Able to Multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus but not required
Hours:
M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm may be flexible within business needs
