Job Title: Rigging Services Manager

Status: Salary/Exempt

Responsibilities:

• Daily set, operation, and strike of rigging hoists and truss in a hospitality environment
• Establish hang-point, motor attachment to permanent rigging points, GAC Flex spanset attachments to trusses, run and dress motor cables, focus audio hangs, run cable picks
• Ensure safety of scenic elements, all truss bolts and tightened and all flown equipment has appropriate safeties attached
• Approve all rig plots in accordance with house production policies.
• Verify any rigging obstacles and recommend changes. Coordinate load-in schedule with AV Operations
• Supervise and mentor staff rigging technician(s)
• Maintain ongoing visual inspection of all hardware, including motors and lifts
• Complete all required daily paperwork, as well as required ON Site training
• Any duties as assigned to support property Director, to assist in goals of growing revenue, cutting cost, improving customer service scores, or problem resolution
