MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER jobs in Pembroke Pines, FL

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals for websites, digital and print media, and other marketing materials. You should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create computer-generated full-color graphics and output vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from cars to substrates to buildings. Your job will involve various levels of artistic creativity and you will interact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.

We create a wide variety of products including but not limited to Real Estate Signs, Window films, Vehicle Wraps, Large commercial signs, full array of stationery products, etc..

Responsibilities:

• Create visuals for digital and print media, including websites, emails, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Design logos, icons, illustrations, and other graphics
• Creates proofs and sends to customers, ensuring customers reply by following up.
• Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer
• Place orders on the system as they come through our email in person or by phone.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure that all designs meet quality standards
• Brainstorm new ideas and design concepts
• Stay up-to-date with design trends
• Maintains all plotters, and printers
• Maintains accurate electronic and paper records
• Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas
• Works on different projects simultaneously
• Helps in the production area as needed
• If needed willing to help production crew load materials on/into printer and/or laminator, which may require some heavy lifting
• Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Preferred Qualifications:

- Efficient, responsible, organized and creative.

- PC proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint; Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Flexi-Design experience is A plus.

- Strong understanding of design principles

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Excellent reading comprehension

- Be able to work independently as well as within a team.

- Basic mathematics, area calculations, inch to feet conversions.

- Ability to work in a high paced environment and working quickly / efficiently

- Have some experience with printing, or production A plus

- Excellent understanding of Color Theory and Matching (You will constantly be using the Pantone system)

Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes- Be able to receive and provide feedback as well as learn new techniques and processes.- English a must. Other languages a bonus.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $17.05 - $18.85 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week
