BASE HOURLY RATE PLUS COMMISSION

Our ideal candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
- Harley-Davidson motorcycle product knowledge and experience
- Job experience in the retail sales of power sports equipment, automotive and/or similar equipment
- Valid motorcycle license with good driving record
- Ability and confidence to ride a Harley while accompanying customers on test rides
- Ability and confidence to push a full size touring motorcycle around on the showroom floor
- Ability to communicate clearly through direct contact, phone, email and text
- Proficient ability to use a computer for multiple tasks
- Work Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm

Job Duties Include:
- Working closely with potential customers to determine the best Harley-Davidson motorcycle for them
- Clearly conveying model differences, features, advantages and benefits
- Accompanying potential customers on test rides
- Establishing customer's ability to buy
- Negotiating bike deals
- Running customer's credit
- Assisting in the evaluation of trade-ins
- Presenting finance and insurance options
- Contracting, printing, presenting, signing and processing necessary paperwork to complete all sales
- Following up with all past and potential customers via email and phone
- Assisting with inventory management and marketing, both in-house and online
- Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
