Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. We are looking for the right person to Maintain our Appearance and Help our Customers.
The right candidate will help maintain a pleasant and clean work environment and transport Motorcycles, ATV's, and Utility Vehicles to customers. Must be able to work independently, be honest and dependable. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the dealership. Maintains cleaning and restroom supplies. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Adheres to all company safety policies and performs other duties as assigned by general manager.
General Handyman projects are also a common duty in this position (changing light bulbs, painting, etc.) A major aspect of this job is delivering Powersports Vehicles to their respective owners. Time management and organization is a must. Candidates must possess a valid NC drivers license. Previous Motorcycle hauling experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
