Job Summary:

We're actively seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to enrich our dynamic team. The right candidate will excel in creating, designing, and producing outstanding graphic art and motion graphics that not only align with our creative standards but set new benchmarks for excellence. You will play a crucial role in formulating and presenting concepts internally to stakeholders and the Creative Director, ensuring the production of exceptional work within tight deadlines and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the creative team to conceptualize and internalize compelling concepts to stakeholders and the Creative Director.
• Develop and produce high-quality graphic art and motion graphics in line with project specifications.
• Meet project deadlines while effectively managing budgets.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and familiarity with other industry-standard motion graphics software a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of typography, color theory, and production processes.
• Quick learner with new technologies and software.
• 3-5 years of experience in creating engaging motion graphics for social media platforms, with a deep understanding of these platforms and strategies for captivating content.
• Experience as a web designer is a plus.
• Experience with ASANA or similar project management software is preferable.
• Prior experience within an in-house creative team or with an advertising/digital agency is valued.

• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to integrate well into a team and adapt to changing project requirements.

A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects, particularly in motion graphics, is crucial.

Collaborating closely with the Creative Director or Art Director, candidates will also need to establish project timelines and grasp the scope of work, showing adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
