Position Summary

Reporting to the Graphic Design Team Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for a variety of projects including, but not limited to, design of print promotional materials, signage, corporate branding, billboards, and digital content.

This is an in-office position located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design print materials & signage
• Design digital content (graphics & video)
• Collaborate with creative team to develop new marketing strategies
• Maintain brand consistency
• Some travel required (2-3 days per quarter)
• Additional duties as required

Requirements

• At least 1 year design experience in a professional setting
• Proficient in Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Premiere Pro

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in graphic design or an equivalent combination of education and design experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Working knowledge of video creation and editing
• Strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand company branding guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible for production based/templated graphic design projects
• Ability to understand, maintain and grow company branding initiatives
• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently and frequently moving small objects
• Frequently sitting for long periods of time
• Walking or standing occasionally
• This position works mostly indoors going outdoors may be frequently required
• Must have manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
