Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring quality procedures are being followed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

Schedule and Compensation

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm; starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Job Details

What to expect as a Quality Assurance Associate:

• Complete dock audits to ensure all quality procedures are being followed.
• Performs cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Ability to resolve exceptions and errors in a timely manner.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and reach trucks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of previous Quality Assurance or Inventory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment, and warehouse functionality.
• Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
