Quality Assurance personnel shall serve as a liaison between families and clinicians here at Clear Conscience Counseling, LLC. They are responsible for basic administrative duties, in addition to contacting families and following up regarding the services being provided.
Build and maintain relationships with CCC contracted agencies in order to help the improvement and growth of the facility
Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.)
Help clients and families make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
Develop effective working relations and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire case management process
Bilingual required: English and Spanish
