Post-Closer: This key position in the company requires a strong work ethic and organization. Duties include recordation of documents (experience with E-recording is a plus), initiating wires, printing checks, tracking post-closing file progress, obtaining funding authorization, resolving escrow issues, confirming files are in balance, and client/customer interaction all within state mandated timeframes. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years post-closing experience and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of title and loan documents and ability to communicate clearly with lenders are essential. Strong preference is given to those familiar with the Richmond real estate settlement market in particular. The job will also involve some pre-processing and helping handle the phones. Knowledge of Qualia is a plus.
