The Compliance Specialist will assist in assuring all lending activities adhere to applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This position will serve as a compliance subject matter expert in advising partners across business lines and operational areas on compliance-related questions and regulatory implementation. Loan-level testing and support of loan production staff will be a vital aspect of this position. Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and the ability to stay abreast of regulatory changes.
