Our people are what set us apart and make us greatWe are currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Specialist hybrid schedule in Midvale, UT or San Diego, CA or remote in AZ, CO, ID, NV, or TX. This position is a Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm MST.The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Provide daily assistance via phone and email, including diversified operational support to all bank employees throughout the corporation.
- Duties include, but are not limited to: day 2 item processing, incoming and outgoing return items, document printing and mailing, and other general operational support for the corporation.
- Assess and mitigate risk to include, but not limited to, potential loss and fraud.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1 years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience. Working knowledge of branch functions, banking operations, and accounting principles.
- Vault experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with affiliate bank departments and branches.
- Must be accurate, have strong customer service, processing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.
