Monitors operations to ensure they are within budget. Additionally, Mortgage Operations Specialist provides recommendations for improvements in processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Operations Specialist has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. To be a Mortgage Operations Specialist typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. Additionally, this position will provide solutions to optimize performance within CCM’s LOS and daily workflows.Job Responsibilities:
- Administer system testing and feedback for new implementations focused on operations.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot any challenges associated with developing complex systems.
- Provide technical and management advice while assisting department management and personnel associated with each project.
- Work closely with all Operations Departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate and work with the Training Department on SOPs and workflows.
- Assist with providing materials and documents for audits and reviews.
- Communicate updates on the Operations and Sales Calls
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in Mortgages.
- Knowledge of all agency guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
- Encompass LOS experience, a plus.
- Ability to summarize project information, establish business needs and concepts while clearly communicating with high-level leadership.
- Ability to deliver completed projects in a timely manner.
- Excellent organization and conflict management skills.
