Position Summary:
This position is responsible for answering phones, dispatching via radio and logging all activities throughout the casino while providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests and maintaining a professional demeanor.

This position is responsible for answering phones, dispatching via radio and logging all activities throughout the casino while providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Answers, screens and routes internal calls via radio or phone
- Is able to switch from one department functionality to another
- Identifies and prioritizes emergency calls and determines when to contact the Fire Department, Police, Surveillance, a Security Supervisor or above
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Runs reports on various department software • Works in conjunction with other departments on policies and procedures
- Frequently walks throughout the complex for changes and updates
- Performs other work related duties assigned by management
- Works with Fire, Police, Surveillance and other agencies, as needed
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Training Requirements:
- Knowledge of ACSC, STM, HOTSOS, ITRAK and Maintenance Connection systems
- Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
- CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogen trained
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Fast paced office work environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work various shifts with flexible hours
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to type 30 wpm
- General office experience
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
