Education Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in either Information Technology or Business Administration from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience
Ten (10) or more years of G-6/S-6 operations experience.
Five (5) or more years of experience in battalion through theater-level tactical and operational network planning and operations.
Experience/knowledge of tactical MC Network and Information Systems discussed herein this PWS. Must have a thorough understanding of MCS hardware/ software troubleshooting, testing, and integration.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, InfoPath, and Visio).
Extensive knowledge of G-6/S-6 staff processes and procedures.
Experience in analyzing and organizing information using Microsoft Office or other Army tools according to user’s needs.
Extensive background in preparing briefings, reports, and other data products to be presented to Commanders and staff.
Experience leading a team of employees in research of different practices and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Experience of preparing surveys and collecting customer feedback after services were provided.

In addition, a team member shall possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant and recent experience to support the three LOEs as listed below.
Staff & Signal Processes to include experience Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) development, Signal Planning, and observations, insights and lessons (OILs).
SNMPc, advance routing, and other NETOPS tools. Other training/courses required include WIN- T INC2, Battalion Command Post Node (BnCPN), Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC), Tactical Communications Node (TCN) Operator, Point of Presence (POP), Soldier Network Extension (SNE), and Tactical Relay-Tower (TR-T).
- Communications Security (COMSEC): Five (5) years of working knowledge of Communications Security (COMSEC) and a graduate of the COMSEC custodian course. In addition, must have a working knowledge of keymat loading and troubleshooting and COMSEC hardware operations (e.g., SKLs, AN/CYZ-10, KG- 175s, KGV-72s, KG-250s and KIV-7s). In addition, must have Communications Security (COMSEC) Material System (CMS) / Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) experience and completion of the following courses: CAM (formerly Standardized COMSEC Custodian Course (SCCC), Command COMSEC Inspector Certification, and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI).
